This site is deliberately simple: it does not track you and it does not collect data about you.

What this site does not do
It uses no cookies. It uses no Google Analytics or any other analytics tool. There are no tracking pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets or advertising networks.
That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The forms on this site
The site has no server that receives data. The "Send a request" and "Submit your property" forms send nothing themselves: they only prepare a message and open WhatsApp or your email app. The message is sent only if you press send there.
Until that moment, what you typed stays on your device.
When you contact us
When you reach us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, phone number and what you are looking for. We use them only to reply and to help you with the property.
Communication through WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram and email passes through those providers, each with its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@brikkestates.com.
Hosting
The site is served as a static site. The hosting provider may keep technical server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operational reasons.
